    Shipping + Delivery

Remember when you had to pay for shipping? Those days are long gone.

Spindle offers free shipping via Fedex Ground for any latex mattress or mattress accessory anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States, excluding U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, but additional fees apply. Those fees will be seen in your shopping cart.

    How is the mattress shipped?

We ship our mattresses unassembled. You simply open the boxes, place three layers of latex foam inside a zipper casing and you’ve made your own latex mattress. This way we can ship them to you via carriers like Fedex. Plus, it makes them a lot easier to move around.

Depending on the size of the mattress, you will receive varying numbers of boxes.

    • Twin: 2 boxes
    • Full: 2 Boxes
    • Queen: 2 boxes
    • King: 2 Boxes

How long until I receive my mattress?

COVID-19 related issues have impacted industrial supply chains and, in turn, our production schedule.

Please expect to receive your mattress within two to three weeks of placing an order depending on where you are located in the United States.

You'll receive a tracking number when it ships. We will ship your latex mattress within 7 to 14 days of placing the order. If it exceeds 14 days, we will notify you and you are free to cancel without any penalty. Please note that this does not mean that you will receive it within 7 to 14 days. Depending on where you are located, it will take one to seven days to receive your new latex mattress.

Where does the mattress ship from?

    Illinois.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your Spindle ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please remember that it may take a few hours from the time that it is picked up until it is entered into our shipper’s system.

    My tracking number isn’t working?

Give us a call or email. We’ll figure it out for you.

The tracking number doesn’t say anything?

While it may have been picked up from us, it may take a few hours before it hits the FedEx system. Give it few hours and check back. If you are concerned, let us know and we’ll find out the answer for you.

Do you ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes?

Sorry, we don’t, but we do have military discounts. Please email for details.

What happens if the box is damaged when I receive it?

Your mattress’ packaging is designed to protect your mattress in transit. In spite of some nasty looking cardboard, everyone’s latex has arrived unscathed. Prior to boxing, we wrap the latex in 6 mil plastic sheeting, roll pack it and insert into another 6 mil plastic sheath. This protects the rubber foam even if the enclosing boxes get destroyed.

If you notice any damage before or after opening the boxes please contact us by email or phone: 978-263-3807 and we’ll address your situation promptly. Emailing us some photos will help us in assessing the damage and determining what action is needed.

    Lost packages?

If we forgot to ship something, let us know and we’ll send replacement parts right away. If it’s a shipping issue, call the carrier first and then give us a shout. We’ll work the system from this end to make things right.

What about removal of my old mattress?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer removal. Look at the bright side. This way you don’t have to wait around all day waiting for the deliveryman to come. There may be mattress recycling programs in your area. Free cycle, a local charity, and Craigslist are a great options. A service like 1-800-GOT-JUNK will take the old mattress for a pretty reasonable fee [look for Groupons to lighten the load].
