    Now, I know what you're thinking. How will I know when it's time to wake up if my phone isn't there to tell me? Well, there are a few different options. You could invest in an old-fashioned alarm clock.

    Do you find yourself constantly attached to your phone? Whether you’re scrolling through social media, texting your friends or checking your email, it can be hard to put your phone down.

    If you’re looking to break away from your phone addiction, one way to do it is to ditch your phone as your alarm clock.

    Here are a few benefits of using a traditional alarm clock instead of your phone:

    1. You’ll get a better night’s sleep. When you use your phone as an alarm clock, you’re more likely to keep it by your bedside, which means you’re more likely to check it before you go to sleep and after you wake up. This can lead to a decrease in sleep quality.
    2. You’ll be less tempted to check your phone. If your phone is out of reach, you’re less likely to be tempted to check it first thing in the morning or throughout the night. This can help you break the habit of checking your phone constantly.
    3. You can customize your alarm. With a traditional alarm clock, you can choose from a variety of sounds to wake you up, which can be more pleasant than a blaring phone alarm. You can also set multiple alarms, so you can wake up at different times on different days.

    But the best option, in my opinion, is to simply train your body to wake up on its own. There are a few different ways to do this, but my favorite is to start going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. After a week or two of doing this, your body will naturally start to wake up at the same time each day, without the need for an alarm. So, if you're tired of being jolted awake by your phone alarm, give one of these options a try. Your body will thank you for it!
