But the best option, in my opinion, is to simply train your body to wake up on its own. There are a few different ways to do this, but my favorite is to start going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. After a week or two of doing this, your body will naturally start to wake up at the same time each day, without the need for an alarm. So, if you're tired of being jolted awake by your phone alarm, give one of these options a try. Your body will thank you for it!
