Pros: The mattress has cosmetic flaws but is otherwise new and is eligible for our 25 Year Comfort LIfe Program. The flaws are unnoticeable once the mattress is made up with sheets and blankets.
Cons: No 365 Night Trial. The mattress is sold as-is and all sales are final. There is no refund or exchanges.
What can you expect from a factory outlet mattress?
You can expect the mattress to have one or more of the following: a different pattern or color; a stain from the weaving or sewing process; missing stitching; small tears; discoloration; or other cosmetic irregularities.
