3 Year Limited Warranty
While we warranty the mattress for 10 years using the same materials, our raw latex only comes with a 3 year limited warranty. Why? Because, we don't know how the materials will be handle or what it will be used with. Rest assured you are getting the same quality in our mattress.

Refunds + Returns
You may return any three-inch latex layer that is unopened and in its original packing within 30 days of receiving it. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns once the layer has been removed from its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned three-inch latex layer in its original packaging and have inspected it, we will refund the full amount.
We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange for damaged or incorrect product, you must first email within 30 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Protection: You will a three-inch piece of organic latex wrapped in an organic cotton cover.
Aesthetics: Please familiarize yourself normal variations in latex foam. Since it is not everyday that you receive a raw piece of latex, you may see things that don’t look right. These are unique characteristics of latex. While we have strict quality controls in place, not every piece of latex will look or feel the same. Things that you may notice are surface discoloration, burn marks, the natural scent of latex, slight variations in color or appearance, minor variation in feel, minor tears in the latex less than one inch, etc. Some layers may show a thin ridge, off centered at the head and foot. This is not glue, but an impression left by seam in the mold.
Handling: Please do not remove the latex from the organic cotton cover. There is a risk of damaging (ripping or tearing) the latex.
