Your Order Status

Two to four weeks depending on where you are located in the US. We make everything to order in our facility in Illinois and don't pull anything off the shelf. We do have work in progress so that the final production time doesn't take too long, but it usually takes five to seven business days to ship (5-7). We ship via Fedex Ground so the time in transit is one to six business days based on your location in the US.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. However, we will look to support international orders soon. Please check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

We ship our mattresses unassembled. You simply open the boxes, place three layers of latex foam inside a zipper casing and you’ve made your own latex mattress. This way we can ship them to you via carriers like FedEx. Plus, it makes them a lot easier to move around.
