Only available for previous customers who purchased directly from Spindle.
We all know that accidents happen. You spill your coffee, your child has an accident, or your pet has an accident. And usually, you're stuck with a stained, dirty mattress. With Spindle's 10" Organic Latex Mattress and Organic Hybrid Mattress, you can replace the cover of your mattress instead of the entire mattress.
We're sorry to say that we can't sell only the top or bottom of the Spindle mattress cover separately. The cover is handmade and the top zipper matches the bottom zipper so we can't just replace one-half of the mechanism. With regrets, you'll need to purchase a completely new cover.
If your Spindle mattress cover gets damaged, we sell parts for it under our Comfort Life Program at a discount. The original purchaser is only eligible and we can only sell parts to a registered owner. So if you need a replacement, contact us and let us know the name and email address used to purchase, as well as the order number. We'll send you a discount code to apply at checkout.
Free Shipping with the 48 States. Additional shipping charges apply to warranty & parts purchases when shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Canada: Additional shipping charges, custom/brokerage
fees, and taxes (GST, HST, and/or PST) apply when shipped to Canada.
Alaska + Hawaii: Additional shipping charges will apply.
It may seem counterintuitive, but you cannot wash or dry clean the top of your mattress [or the rest of it, for that matter]. We strongly advise all of our customers to use a mattress cover or pad to protect their Spindle just as they would any other mattress. Our design, however, does provide the opportunity to refresh the cover. Unzip the top of the mattress and hang it outside in the sun and let the UV rays and fresh air do their thing. If the mattress does get soiled, you may be able to gently spot clean the stain. In a small container or an empty salt-shaker, combine half a cup of baking soda with 10 drops of your favorite essential oil and sprinkle the mixture over the mattress cover. Wait a few hours and then shake the top outside or vacuum up the baking soda with a hand vacuum or upholstery attachment, being careful not to tear the cover.
