365 Day Comfort Adjustment

Take 365 days to decide if Spindle is right for you.

We get it. Buying a new mattress can be a crap shoot. You won’t know very much about the mattress until you’ve had a chance to sleep on it. The risks are the same whether you shop online or buy from a local store.

Spindle is a different kind of mattress and we’re a different kind of mattress company.

Our unique zipper case means you don’t have to return the mattress in order to change the mattress. If you like latex, and you’re a good candidate for a 10” foam mattress, we’re pretty confident we can get you comfortable.

Like most retailers we advise that the mattress takes time to break in — just like a new pair of shoes. We encourage you to give yourself 60 days to adjust to your new mattress. There’s no rush. At any time after that, if you’d like to make a comfort adjustment, please give us a call, let us know what’s missing and the zone you’d like to hit. We’ll then work with you to develop a solution that works. You have up to a year to decide if your Spindle all-latex mattress is a good match. If we can’t get you comfortable within that time period we’ll refund all your money.

See our returns page for more details.

Comfort Guarantee, Refund, and Comfort Life/Parts policies do not apply to purchases made through 3rd party marketplaces such as Wayfair, Amazon, Etsy and others. Please contact us with any questions.
